If you are attending a community college or 4 year institution, you are required to enroll in at least 12 credit hours each semester in order to remain eligible for TN Promise. It provides students a last-dollar scholarship, meaning the scholarship will cover tuition and fees not covered by the Pell grant, the HOPE scholarship or state student assistance funds.
