Black Screen Problem [solved] So I just wanted to give everyone a heads up since I couldn't find any current information on this problem. SMITE > General Discussions > Topic Details. Hi, so recently i started playing smite again and i love it, but whenever i start up smite it is giving me a lot of pop ups of things i dont understand. i can still play smite though if i click away all the pop ups the game loads and i can do everything, but when i am in a match i can see what the pop ups were for. I have tried restarting the game but that hasnt worked. when i play smite everything is always black, the menu in unaccesable and there is nothing to see besides the smite logo, yesterday i played the tutorial and after the first one it seems that im stuck on the victory screen and i cant do anything except exit the game I have the same problem atm, I log in everything is great, smite opens up with the "click okay to play the tutorial screen" I click okay and the screen is just black with the smite logo at the top and just blue borders at the bottom where I presume buttons are, and I can still open up the options and click the minimize or exit button BankenPoti. Jan 28 @ 7:28am Same here! Press J to jump to the feed. Just logged into Smite for the first time to try out season 7. Played a quick game of assualt and all the UI was black bars.
All the god portraits in-game and in-menu are just black. Press question mark to learn the rest of the keyboard shortcuts
