I’ve come to expect Ark to be rough around the edges, but Extinction feels like it could’ve done with at least a few more weeks of testing. ARK: Survival Evolved Extinction is the final DLC in a series of 3 pretty large expansions. But as the last of the planned expansions for Ark, Extinction is far from the swan song that I was hoping for. That’s because in many ways you get more of the same, as well as a ton of new content. The strength of its new dinos will pull me back now and again, if only to float around aimlessly on my favourite Gasbag.
