For M 3 optical periods 2c1–2c3, we observed a spatial offset of approximately 2–4 km between the M 3 image and a global LROC WAC basemap. Using the menu bar at the top of the window, click on “Layer→Add Layer→Add WMS/WMTS Layer”. To ensure accurate co-registration between datasets, spectral locations derived from the M 3 mosaics for optical periods 2c1–2c3 were georeferenced to an LROC WAC basemap using ESRI ArcMap prior to analysis of LROC NAC images.
