In the modern business era, we constantly hear the terms core values, mission statements and culture and we have integrated them in the business language among many other terms. Company values are extremely important when it comes to talent attraction and retention.
The reason I’m here is because this company has done a fantastic job of incorporating their core values.
Core values are what support the vision, shape the culture and reflect what a company values. We saw three main benefits that a set of defined core values could bring us.
